Our company welcomed students from the Secondary Industrial School and Trade Academy in Uherský Brod in the fields of metalworker, storage operator and electrician. This day was not only about touring our production facilities, but also about sharing knowledge and building long-term ties between the school and the company.

What did the students experience?

- They toured our manufacturing facility where they were able to observe the processes that our experts work on.

- They visited the electrical department where they learned more about the technologies we use in our company on a daily basis.

- They listened to a lecture about the history of our company, which has been cooperating with the SPŠ OA Uherský Brod for more than twenty years.

This cooperation allows students to get authentic experience directly on the shop floor. Many of the graduates of this school are already working in our team today, where they are involved in key projects.
